Our commercial entity — founded to be focused on SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION, represents our Your Artists, develop their amazing stories, promotes their original arts created in the various programs of A&ST, and offers freely ESL development, with Eterno Aprendiz site as the base, as well as Entrepreneurship with Siroli's methodology presented at E3 Brasil. A business model designed for financial sustainability, fostering life-changing, long-term social transformation.
Plataforma Mosaico exists so the movement can sustain itself, young artists can find a place to showcase their talents and arts originally created, thus — turning art, and their talents into livelihoods. As well as to Equip them with English language and Enterprise Principles (Modeled on the Sirolli Methodology) into lasting sources of income and transformation.

A business model for social transformation
Annual profit-sharing
On top of wages, team members receive a profit-sharing incentive: a percentage calculated on hours worked, distributed annually from Plataforma Mosaico’s gains.
Sustainable independence
Every product (arts and amazing stories), service and program reinvests in the people who create it — the goal is a financial independence that lasts; in cooperation.

Without agents, artists face an arduous process with more than 80% failure. We represent, coordinate and seek for opportunities for the A&ST artists.
